Hi! I planned to create one blog per month for my preggy diaries but later on decided to summarize it in one.

We're married for four years and the timing was perfect when we found out that we're expecting.

Hey! Getting pregnant doesn't mean you'll have to wear boring, all-covered up clothes.

It's my Day

Kids would love to have their parties every year for their birthday.

As we grow older, we prefer a simple celebration with your family and friends.

This year, we celebrated it with a simple dinner, laughter and music.

Surprise cakes and balloons from my Office Fam, Dinner with my family and... since I've had enough sweets for the day, hubby bought this Reese Cupcake for the traditional Candle blowing to cap off the night.

The celebration was extended on Friday night when my husband surprised me with a dinner date at 19 East Bar and Restaurant as we watched one of our favorite local band, Side A.

Off-the-shoulder OOTD

It's amazing how an old trend comes back after several years. Those that are hidden in your closet but can't give it up because it was your favorite fashion trend back then.

Lancris Residences

Imagine yourself living in a 52sqm condominium with shared amenities like swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court, fitness gym and a sky garden on each building's roof top. 

On weekends, you can play with your kids or read a book and unwind on the Sky Garden while your husband plays basketball. A quick dip in the pool may be a good idea during summer. There are a lot of things to enjoy while living in a condominium as beautiful as this.

My husband and I always wanted to buy our own condominium to either have it rented out for extra income or to live in while we are starting out our family. However, our budget doesn't permit us to do so. Some affordable houses are too far from the metro, not marketable to clients. 

Recently, we've discovered a relatively new developer, Land Cris Somerset Development Corp. We immediately fell in love with their South Project, Lancris Residences in Better Living, Paranaque. A mid-rise condominium, 15mins away from SM Bicutan or Sucat. 

Unlike other condominiums, Lancris Residences have bigger cuts. They also have an affordable 0% interest Downpayment with flexible payment terms for their pre-selling unit. We planned on getting their pre-selling 52sqm unit with 2 bedrooms. We've checked their model unit and view the first (out of 4) building.

Grunge Outfit

Grunge and other 90's look are starting to be seen nowadays. It's becoming a trend again and I couldn't be more excited because I got a couple of outfits to dig in my closet. 

Luneta Park in Manila is one of the famous and historical parks to visit. My husband's band had a privilege to play in an open-spaced concert hall there.
